Dear ISP Clients:

If your domain has opted into the Challenge Response program you will start receiving an e-mail on a daily basis showing e-mails that are pending in the Challenge Response Queue.  The e-mail will show who the e-mail is from, the subject and the time it was sent.

When you receive the e-mail of quarantined items you can either authorize, deliver, delete, blacklist or show the message. 

This will help so you won't have to go to your Challenge Response Queue everyday to check to see what is out there because it will be e-mailed to you automatically.
